He hasn't posted in months on the Forum. I think he might like it better over here. I had his personal email address for a few years. Emailed him a few months ago and it had expired. yes and please and thank your very much.... WHERE IS BUCKS? can someone please invite the STEPHENS/STEVENS... i love the way that battle/speak USPAP...... of course, i am weird that way too...

If I'm not mistaken, it is spelled Tao, it is just pronounced dow.........

Tao = Chinese for 'the way' or 'path'...no? They hold a lot of our debt...why not?

I think the duck was referring to a very, very, very old debate regarding whether the DOW would hit 10,000 before 7,500

It hit 7,500 1st.

I have a question. How come it says "new member" under my name and it says "certified residential" under TC's name. I looked in my profile and could not find where to select that option. I could be confused because Willie is here now.

It's an option the Mod can set when you opt into the Appraisal Professionals Only section. If we don't know you from your screen name, you have to PM one of us with your real name and city so 1) we know who we're really talking to; and 2) so that your credentials can be verified.

Since I know who you are, just respond to this post if you want in, and I'll fix it.
