This is the kind of post for which we swing the banning bat. If you look up the IP, you'll find he's in India.
I've banned this poster.

He's done nothing that's strictly "against the rules." But he doesn't have anything to contribute, either. He's a spammer, annoying all of us in his petty attempt to make a buck. If you see any more from his IP, (not his login name), then ban his IP. I'm not going to allow this kind of annoyance to our members; if he had something to sell that appraisers might be interested in, I'd leave him alone. But he falls into the same category as fake drugs and penis enlargement ads, so he's outta the pool.
