Edd posted an interesting easement problem in this thread, and it grew. He also started a separate topic describing the problem. I've merged the problem description and the responses into 'Trail Easement Problem." In the process, I screwed up and deleted one post. Sorry Edd.

Here's closure on my deal:

As part of the contractural agreement, the appraisals used for each side in their negotiation are required to be completed by MAI-designated appraisers. So, I've shifted the assignment off to an MAI.

Sure, now that it is just a radiation shielded and impact resistant (my assumption) condo unit, they want MAI's to do the report.
They will probably use EA's just like real people :WM:
