...but, not the worst pain we've ever seen. According to the article, it's the fifth worst!

That represented a 11.1 month supply at the June sales pace, the second highest level in the past 24 years.


Hmmm. Fifth worst median price decline but second highest number of months inventory supply. Could be that prices have a ways to fall yet.
