Appraisal Port Suggested Language

Got some particular verbiage you like to include in your reports? Methods of dealing with EA's or HC's? Just be careful not to post copyrighted material--particularly out of an appraisal course.

I understand what you are saying, Steve. But if my report gets re-arranged etc AFTER I submit it, it is no longer in my hands and I can't worry about it.

You might want to check with your board (ignore the inside track) about this. It would also make a damned good educational factor for the other appraisers in your state. According to USPAP you must have have an exact copy of what you sent to your client - can you print that out? Can you say that's exactly what you wrote and sent to the "client" (aka Lender)?
Don't believe everything you think ;)
