Other than the rules required by FreeForum.org, there ain't no steenkin' rules. You have to post under your real name to get in here, and your clients may Google you. Keep your language and topics appropriate to that constraint, and have fun.

(Edit: Actually, as you probably know, you don't have to use your real name as a screen name. If you want to be admitted to the Appraisal Professionals Only (APO) section, PM one of the Admins with your request for admission, along with your real name and city. Your appraisal credentials will be verified, your status line will be changed to reflect your professional status, and you'll be admitted. Your real name will not be used; only your screen name. Your real name is accessible only by Admins and Mods.)

You can even publicly disagree with the Site Administrator (Me!). It's allowed. I may take umbrage and blast you for it, but you won't be locked out--and you'll get a chance to blast back.
