About half of Colorado’s 8,729 licensed mortgage brokers have failed to pass a required exam and may lose their licenses on Aug. 31,

Hey, when you are delivering pizzas one day and an LO the next and then a week later a MB, what can you expect?

That is one broker for every 566 people in Colorado!!!!!!!!! If you figure the typical family is 3 people, then it is one for every 188 families. Lots of mortgages need doing in CO....apparently.

What a shame! :sarcas: :sarcas: Some of the worst I dealt with at the end of the "rumble" were attempting to copy the CA "call center telemarketers" with threats - looks like the DA for the state got what she wanted.
