There are no shortage of snakes in SW Missouri. But, fortunately, in this small market, for many in the general public, and especially among people who order appraisals, most of the snakes are known commodities.

I have great relationships with quite a few appraisers here (as well as other professionals) and I do not find that our willingness to help each other has been hurt by the economy. Just today, I called a lady in Chicago back with referral to two appraisers who I thought would be a better match for her than I am based on the property type. I could use an additional assignment right now, but would rather keep myself open for something better suited to me... and, I figure they will return the favor some day.

Thanks for reminding me...I've got to refer an appraiser to an agent right now! The agent called yesterday & I'd forgotten until you reminded me (like I'm SOOOO BUSY  ).

Thanks again! :TU:
