Appraisers' Free Forum

I'm considering going to San Diego in June. The AI Chapter there is offering almost the entire suite of General Appraiser courses from June 5 through June 28. If it doesn't kill me, I'll have pretty much all of the MAI courses completed after this. (I'm attending the General Appraiser Market Analysis and HBU in Chicago in May.

These courses will be taught at the University of San Diego on Alcalà Park. If anybody works that area, I'd appreciate any info you can give me about the area. I'll need accommodations for the month of June, and I plan on renting an apartment near the campus so info on possible accommodations would be very much appreciated. I plan to use public transportation or Shanks' mare as much as possible.
