Extreme Huds

Anyone else seeing orders with case numbers in gated communites with very high property values? I'm beginning to wonder if this is the future of the huds, not only for refis, but also for reverse mortgages. Must be low fica, but lots of equity for te refis. Some of them I've had they admitted they were retired, lost their ass in the stock market and are now working part time and cashing out what they can. It is different to say the least.
