And he did a great job at the Appraisal Fraud Conference! Didn't solve the problem but his presentation was flawless.



Aside -- Otis, your "by line or signature" is great! So much easier than grabbing my book! I've used it twice.

This article also appeared in last Sunday's Los Angeles Times Real Estate section (circulation approx. 1.0 million or so) and I noticed Frank quoted by name in there, too. Congrats!
