We use a free hosting service for this board, and they have set forth a few rules. They don't normally pertain to adult appraisal professionals, but you need to know about them. Here's what you can't post:

Forums MAY NOT contain any of the following, including but not limited to:
-Adult Content / Obscene Content
-Harassment
-Illegal Drugs
-Terrorism
-Piracy, Hacking, Viruses
-Racism/Hate/Derogatory/Slanderous
-Promotion of or distribution of copyrighted materials
-Malicious software
-Advertisements of any sort

Now, that doesn't mean you can't tell another member about the cool gadget you found, and where to buy it. You just can't advertise merchandise for sale.
