Otis, I think appraisers should contact their congressman & the members of the committee the bill is currently in & encourage passing this bill as-is (in regards to appraisers). Those requesting the bill be altered or diluted are those that have a vested interest in 'business as usual', and we all know what that has gotten us.


Are you going to post about this on the other place???????
Don't be a 2 bit appraiser, or soon we will all be 1 bit appraisers. 4 bits or bust.
