HVCC - Time To Celebrate???

Postby Mako on Mon Oct 26, 2009 1:49 pm

From a friend;

Better news yet -- an amendment to HVCC (Home Valuation Code of Conduct) was passed by committee this week. This amendment effectively sunsets the HVCC requirements and allows lenders licensed under the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act to go back to ordering appraisals directly, rather than through the “random” process. If you want to follow the progress, this amendment is tacked onto HB 3126.

Uh huh...all right...let's go...OK...Uh huh...that's what I'm talkin bout :TU:

The portal to the 'Battlefield' reads; "Stay out of here if your hide's thin and you're easily offended. Because you will be.”
