I drove past this place which I had appraised over 10 years ago. There are new Towers right around the house and I said "Dang, glad I don't have to appraise this one again...." A few months later...you guessed it. Never mind it has a mobile home on it, and an old house under construction. The newer dwelling lies UNDER the guywires of the Police tower on it, and next to the ATT telecom tower. just shoot me

Let's just build everything in the fall radius!! That'll show em!! Terrell, as long as you've been doing this, one would think you already knew better than to utter those comments. (How much rent are they getting for those two towers, by the way?)

The one is not even on the lady's property and she gets $200 a YEAR for the other....If it was $200 a month, it won't be worth it. I cannot for the life of me figure out why she let the new tower be built literally on her fence line except it was her ex-bro-in-laws property and why she wanted the other tower there. The old house sits in front and it is unlivable. Doze it and place the house there...not under a guyline. She has about 6 acres.

Ouch. We have one property here that has a cell tower on it, in the very back of the property, and the homeowner gets $850 a month from it. Obviously, the company has right of way to the tower at any time, but the rent alone pays his house note, and he gets free cell service as part of his deal.
Amazing how some people will just take about any offer.

He lost it in his divorce, and his wife moved out of the property, but kept it as a rental unit. Double the money for minimal effort.
