This is the link to ITBS' website which one would access to obtain HUD Certification labels or Serial numbers for manufactured dwellings when either the data plate or Cert. Labels are missing, damaged, or otherwise inaccessible.
You need one of the numbers, and their database can cross reference the remainder of the identifying numbers. There is a charge for this service, and I often refer the lender to this website to let them do their own research and obtain the report.
