I have learned a tremendous amount about appraising by participating in this and other blogs. I have come to the conclusion that by far the most pervasive weakness appraisers share is ignorance of market analysis. It certainly is my weakness.
To those of you who are curious about what markets and economics may be doing I recommend you look into the Matrix from time to time. And for discussion of issues facing the appraisal industry read the Soapbox. _________________ Edd “In the real estate economy, there are no guarantees that reason will prevail in a market where emotions run high and the amount of misinformation runs deep.” Jonathan Miller in The Matrix.
