We looked at a house today that sold thru Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation...the occupant, however is the owner but he told us that the CN does pay for any major items that go bad. I.e.- they got a new roof a couple years ago, etc. I understood that the CN often funded or backed the mortgages for these sales but I was unaware that they did maintenance. I asked if they had some sort of separate agreement from the Nation but the owners who appears to be a full bloods were not sure. The house is next to a Housing Authority office, but not the office for this property. That office was in Tahlequah and the subject was in Stilwell. I'm gonna have to make some calls. _________________ The Chinese never ask about Price. They only ask about supply. - Prince Saud, minister SABIC

Are they Keetoowah?
There are a lot of programs I am not familiar with. The Keetoowah Society Housing Authority in Stillwell might be of help. _________________

No they were from the Talhequah office but there was an office and development across the street that wasn't the same according to the owner. _________________ The Chinese never ask about Price. They only ask about supply. - Prince Saud, minister SABIC
