Hello to all,

My name is Patrick Egger and I was directed to this site by a fellow appraiser. Apparently, Otis had posted an announcement on a class I am teaching in Phoenix and it showed up in Google Alerts, so I thought I would join an introduce myself.

I have been appraising since 1975, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, have both commercial and residential experience, I am a former VP Appraisal for Nevada Savings and Loan and PriMerit Bank.

I write for The Appraisal Scoop and The Appraisal Press, teach several CE classes for appraisers and real estate agents and have a number of projects I consult on. I spend a fair amount of time on appraiser related forums (as opposed to TV) since I think it’s a better use of my time.

I think I will lurk for a while and see what I can contribute. For any questions you may have, drop me a line at lvreqa@cox.net and I’ll reply.

Looking forward to being a part of the group.

Regards,

Patrick Egger

Welcome.

I think you will find vast knowledge located here. Most appear to be dedicated to the profession and are very helpful.

Something tells me from your experience you will be an asset.

I look forward to Q&A with you.

Hellow, Patrick,

After having checked your credentials on the ASC, I've admitted you to the Professionals section. This gives you access to some other areas of the forum that are not available to the general public. This includes a chat box as well as sections dealing with various topics.

Since this area is available only to certified appraisers and certain carefully selected professionals, we can discuss specific appraisal-related problems and problems with specific clients without fear of compromising confidentiality.

We look forward to your joining in the discussions. Welcome to the forum.
