GIM

Postby benluby on Thu Nov 01, 2007 7:27 pm

Okay guys, I've been beating this into my head, and have decided that, after a week of it, my head just isn't big enough to handle it. I am trying to figure out how to work a GIM and calculate value. The GIM and GRM, for some reason, are confusing me and I need some assistance.
How do I calculate value with a GIM? I have the sample question, but I'd rather learn how to solve it myself, with a little guidance. Any help would be appreicated.

Isn't it funny how sometimes all you have to do is ask the question - and suddenly the answer comes to you? Good for you!

I'd take up drinking rather than this income stuff, but, since I already drink, I can't. I am going to have to expand my horizons to income properties to learn this stuff properly. I learn better by doing than by reading a book, and I get the wonderful test tomorrow morning. Weeeeee!!!! Thanks, Cindy. I appreciate the compliment.
