ACI Question

Postby Alisa on Wed Aug 15, 2007 7:20 pm

Does anyone know how to change the default color of you signature
PERMANENTLY? Mine is black and I prefer blue. IF I want it to be blue
I have to change it for each report. I'd rather not have to go through
that but can't figure out how to change the default.

Thanks!

Wow, I like that color feature

Not sure how your program works but why not write your signature in blue and scan that for your signature? Or is that too simple?

Wish I could but the signature has to be sent in to ACI and they create the file and email it to you.

The fee is $75 and while I considered it a business expense I don't feel like paying it again just to have
a blue signature.

I keep thinking there must be a way to change the default.

ACI Signature color change

Postby Rich Heyn on Thu Aug 16, 2007 10:19 am

Hi Alisa,

In any report, you can go to Options>Report>Signature and change the signature color. To make this permanent, the best method is to make this change in your template(s) or the files you most commonly clone from. Any questions, please call our Support Dept and we'd be happy to walk you through this, 800-274-8727.

Disclosure time. The above was written by Andrew Priestap, our top support guy. He'll be registering here and helping out as his time permits.

HI Rich and Andrew!!!

Thanks sooooo much!

So glad you're here! Andrew, please do register and lurk out often.

Gush on: I do love ACI and do not think of changing!! Wish E Services was less expensive though.

Bradford says the same thing, they would do it for you but I found out all I had to do was write my signature and scan it, then save it where the other signatures were and whammo I had my own digital signature for FREE!
