Yeah, I had read that one earlier this morning, Tony. It is an excellent article, MUST reading for anyone interested in knowing about mortgage fraud. I suspect that this is exactly the kind of thing that has been happening all around the country... and only a small minority of them have yet to be caught.

Steve...if you flip over to the ""other"" forum, in the New York section you can see the transgression ...Ken Rossman was threated with a law suit by the ""perp"" back in September..
