BTW, a reviewer's scope of work is usually very different than that of the original appraiser, and the intended use of a reviewer's work may also be different. All SOW decisions include those considerations.

Must be a preventative measure to avoid the pain of having repeatedly shot yourself in the foot. You are the only guy I know with bulletproof boots. Waterproof, steel toe, rattlesnake high, but bullet proof? That is an innovation that shoul be in high demand for those in denial. The usual solution one would think of is to stop shooting.

So you wear bulletproof boots, shoot yourself painlessly in the foot and then arrive at the conclusion you are immortal or at least coated with teflon? That sounds like it is straight out of a video game.

Merry Christamas. :P

Actually, Edd, I may be the only guy you know that has bulletproof boots, but I'm probably also the only guy you know who goes down chimneys in the ghetto...so I consider it an occupational necessity....BTW they're also weatherproof, fireproof, and, most importantly, shit proof. Besides....from my vantage point, the bullets tend to come from below...not above.....

Be nice to George. He keeps reminding me of what good things effect this profession. He finds them when the rest of us are off on a rant. I need his perspective from time to time or I'd get so mad I'd bite myself.

Now that's funny. We need that emoticon.

I'm always nice to George, just thought he might soon want some bulletproof boots...maybe I'll pack an extra set in the sleigh and drop them off this year.
