Absolutely not using Fannie Mae form, this one may end up in court. Never mind that there are no comps for this property within a 12 month period. :Alison:

Amy,
Sorry I didn't notice this sooner. ACI has had a gPAR 2-4 family form for some time now. You may need to do a web update.

Thank you Rich, I did update last month (all three systems) and now that I actually need the form, I find that it isn't on any of my computers. :(
My main computer has the Single, Land and Condo, and the other two systems, updated after my personal computer, only have the Single family form. Weird right?
So having assumed there wasn't one because I had updated, I started this thread. Not for nothing though, because lots of wonderful people have proffered their help, which I greatly appreciate. :P

Hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving.

Amy,
If you updated last month, you should have it. If your list of forms is alphabetized, simply look for "gPAR 2-4 2007" or else look toward the bottom of the list. If you still can't find it, let me know and I'll get a tech to help you. You can call me at 800-234-8727 x894 if necessary.
