Attorneys for the shareholders interests are seeking in the neighborhood of $700 Million in Fee's and many feel it is well deserved for the amount of work. No denying there was an abundance of work required there in one of the most horrific Securities Fraud Transaction's ever. The Judge has neither accepted or denied the award as yet, they are hearing two other similar cases and will render a decision in the future.
Interesting to say the least, will be the outcome or will the Attorneys all go broke for their hard work.... _________________ As President Ford said, "A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have."
