I have been following the KC cases for quite awhile. This is a good site.

I'm assuming you are talking about the link to the court papers on the hearing between Pam and e-appraise it. However, the story actually goes beyond that. It is my understanding that Ms. Crowley forwarded some of her information to Mr. Cuomo, attorney general for NY State, which led to some of the action in that state that has been in the news lately.

Interesting how quiet that has gotten. Either Mr. Cuomo has stepped on some toes and had to back up or else all Hell's getting ready to break loose.

I've been thinking the same thing, Steve. It's been very quiet for a very long time.

I keep watching the financial news for F irst A merican but am curious at the limited commentary regarding them. Their stock seems to be doing well (comparitvely).

I'm thinking that the entire financial sector has such a huge dependence on them that they all think FA is invincible.

I am encouraged that the SEC has begun a probe on the bank and maybe a big goal of Cuomo was to force some action on the bank. :?:

There was supposed to be depositions taken a while back but it turns out that "E" company backed out at the last day and Pam suddenly had a case of the flu.

What does that mean?
We're not being stopped by something on the outside, but by something on the inside.

Well, remember, sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. Maybe we should send Pam a get well card.
