Jim suggested I post a help call here.

I have a photo that I want to post, but when I try to attach it, I get a message that the photo size is too large. How can I resize it so that it will attach while also keeping decent resolution? I can email it to one of you gurus if that would be easier.

Thanks,

Alison

Try going to: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx and download the free resizer. If you want to do it as an avatar then you'll need to use the custom setting.

find picture>>right click>>look in the menu and locate the resizer>>custom>>80>tab>80

Then you'll see a custom of the same name at the bottom of the list. Then you can upload it as an avatar at that point.
