Costs in this handbook are based on the cost to build on a level site in the four-county
Sacramento area[sup]3[/sup] as of the date in the lower right-hand corner of each page.

Assessor's Nationwide should be mandated to post "Their" stats. and how they arrive at their costs/market value etc.; although I know each State may be different, it would definitely prevent over taxation, which goes undetechted for years on end, until someone makes an issue out of it.

Some assessor's think they're God and cannot be challanged.......we'll see

Not only that, but it takes some BALLS to charge the taxpayers for access to assessment information on their website....California, are YOU listening!!!???
