AJ is Greg's trainee and wants to get this profession back on the right track. He is also a home inspector.

Welcome, AJ.

My Dad, who trained me passed away this April. I'd like to share with you one of the favorite things he told me (actually, he told it to a banker who was pressuring him... I was just sitting in): "I'm not responsible for what other appraiser's do. I'm just responsible for what this one does."

Warn him that the profession is in the switching yard and headed for the roundhouse. There ain't no map and nobody is in the tower to help prevent wrecks. Part of the fun is the puzzle. We are kind of at the point where you turn over all of the pieces getting ready to join 'em and learn the damn thing has pictures on both sides.

No, he has graduated to sleeping with as CRA :rof:

Besides, I have a feeling AJ's wife may have objections ................

So, does AJ have a keyboard, or is he a typical trainee and only allowed to look at the work on the monitor?
