Mineral rights course has been approved by the state and the NWAAS (NW Ark Appraisal Section) will be sponsoring it May 10, 2008 8am to 5pm. yers truly instructor. www.nwaas.org should have the schedule up soon.

Dang Terrell, we drove up for "Miss Dorothy" Moore's funeral last week and will be back in Little Rock tomorrow morning thru Tuesday afternoon. I know we won't be able to get back into the area that quick. Please keep me posted of any future offerings.

It should be on the website now. But instead of attending why not get John to sponsor it in Pryor Creek and get it approved for OK & KS (its only approved in AR) and I'll teach it there...

BTW, I have a lot of Realtors who have called about mineral rights and someone ought to sponsor a session that is approved for RE CE too...

Cost of 7 hr is $130
