Okay, listen guys. Invited a good customer here, so that she can find REO appraisers in area's she works in, pretty much all over the country from what I can see. But it would benefit us to set up an area, if allowed, so that we could post jobs that we know of or potential clients could post possible offers.

Mell, if you want, I'll ask her about that. I've done quite a few in my area, but Ill be more than happy to ask her to forward you any potentials.

Ben, you have a valid point here. I am going to set it up and will put a title on there "Find an appraiser".
