Data gathering...

Postby benluby on Tue May 13, 2008 10:36 am

I have a client that works all over the country. The do REO work primarily from what I see, but they are adding appraisers throughout the country. Anyone interested in having me submit their data, (phone, fax, license level, counties, etc.) please send me an email. Just click on my profile, shoot me an email and I'll forward them on.

One more thing, not only should you list your counties, list the towns/cities as well. They go primarily by that, rather than counties.

That was fast. An order in less than 30 minutes.

Thanks, Ben.

Good to know, Doug. They called me yesterday looking for someone in Ohio. I didn't know what area's you covered. If I hear of more, I'll pass them on as well. Good to know you got work. You owe me a beer. =)

Actually, Donna owes you a beer. It was too far from me, so I gave them her information.

She has the link, to both our website and to this particular part of the forum. Annemieke, she may need to have access to join, and you already have her name and such. I'll send you her reviewers name as well so she can join if she wishes to as well.

Okay guys. Dana is now online. I'll vouch for the quality of NVS. Never have an issue. If you work in the area's they are looking for an appraiser, or know one in that area, let them know to contact her.

Wish I knew some in her areas of need. Doing a quick scan on Wayne's site for Littleton CO, it seems to be a sea of registered and licensed with no real experience.... certainly none with whom I'm familiar.

I saw the Littleton ad, but I don't know anybody up there either. I've seen some reports done by some of those licensed/registered who appraise the entire state. Not of the caliber anybody here would reccommend.
