Learning by blogging

Postby Edd Gillespie on Sun Jun 22, 2008 10:59 am

I have learned a tremendous amount about appraising by participating in this and other blogs. I have come to the conclusion that by far the most pervasive weakness appraisers share is ignorance of market analysis. It certainly is my weakness.

To those of you who are curious about what markets and economics may be doing I recommend you look into the Matrix from time to time. And for discussion of issues facing the appraisal industry read the Soapbox.

I saw that movie, how does it apply to appraising?
