To get my license status changed to "Licensed Appraiser"? As of 11/30/07 OREA says I'm legit.

Greg, Annemieke, Jim? Otis says he's powerless. :rof: :rof: :rof:

Thanks, I appreciate that! It's been an, um, interesting 3+ year journey so far, and I expect it will continue that way for the foreseeable future.

Don't know yet if I'm going to jump through the hoops to get to Certified. My 53 years old bones don't jump so good anymore! :rof:

My license came in the mail today! Not bad, considering the backlog up in Sacramento. I sent in my license fee on Nov. 19th.

Thanks, George. I hope to see you for 2008 USPAP on the 15th. I'm having trouble registering w/Acheson online, so I'll call them in the morning.

We are equal opportunity brow beaters here. Any license level, race, creed, sexual affiliation (joker) are subject to complete and total brow beatings, kickings and stompings.
Go ahead and do what you want! Just don't log on here and ask for our blessings!

Are there any admin/moderator types that would like to split fifty bucks? Give me a call, I'm willing to work this deal on a 70/30 split.
