TAF Comments on HVCC

Mako... you click on the link beneath the paper clip icon. Then the letter downloads to your computer. It may open automatically, or you may have to click a link in your download window to open it with Acrobat reader.
(Note, if your Acrobat wants to perform a web update, that may happen beneath your browser and be waiting for an okay from you. If nothing seems to be happening, try minimizing the windows you have open, browsers, etc., one at a time until you can see the box asking for an update.)
Now, on to the meat of the matter... I will comment on TAF's letter as follows:
It is hard to get clarity by answering mishmash with mishmash (end of comment).

I see the link NOW. However, yesterday when I posted NOTHING was there.
What concerns me is...I didn't even have anything to drink!
