I measure...I just quit including interior wall measurements in my sketches. I can scoot with a 30' tape...I worked construction & estimated before becoming an appraiser.

On my own rehab's - I've come to the point to where I can walk in & come pretty close just by eyeballing. I then call three contractors to give me a bid & I'm usually pretty close to the most reasonable.

I believe the Greek god in question is Prometheus, son of Iapetus the Titan. He stole fire from Zeus and was punished by being chained to a rock, his liver eaten by an eagle for all eternity.

He has no need for a disto.
