I know one of these guys, Dan Plotner. I don't know him well, but he always seemed to be pretty straight forward. They have not posted anything about his case on the MREAC website and there was no administrative hearing posted either. We are going to have a SW MO appraisers group meeting in the near future. Maybe I can find out what it was then.

Only an assumption on my part, but I'd be willing to bet money I don't have that the greatest majority of the these cases involve people who "fairly recently" got their licenses. And then you look at who the "wolves" are ordering the work from!
