Don't know any of them. I suspect the dates may have something to do with
1. The day ASC processed things.
or
2. The day the person agreed to the suspension, etc.
or
3. The Ohio calendar (Calenders
in Ohio live by a different calendar - you might want to look that one up.) LOL
or
4. Ohio does not have one renewal date each year. The day you were approved is the start of your appraisal year and you renew each year on that date.
