What's on your invoice/ borrower handout?

Got some particular verbiage you like to include in your reports? Methods of dealing with EA's or HC's? Just be careful not to post copyrighted material--particularly out of an appraisal course.

What's on your invoice/ borrower handout?

Not report language, but somewhat relevant (please move if needed).

In an attempt to continue the site building.....what do you give homeowners that serves to educate them? Or do you even bother?

I give them an invoice. See attached.

We provide an invoice generated by the appraisal software and then we give this handout, if appropriate.....

(I appropriated this from another source, but I can't remember who???)

Here's what I use - pretty standard except that Smokey gave me a hint at a great idea. I print one of these out, then copy several back-to-back. I fill it in and have them sign a copy for my files and sign one for them. I also highlight with a bright orange the stuff like insurance, get a report, call the lender, can't change, etc.

I have a hard enough time speaking, writing and/or reading English (American English) and now you want me to be multi-lingual?

Right click on them, save them to your computer and then open them. It's the only way I can view them.

We don't give the borrower anything.
We're not being stopped by something on the outside, but by something on the inside.
